(RN - Director of Nursing): What You’ll Lead & Own Nursing Operations & Staffing: Oversight of nurse staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and development across all shifts Clinical Quality & Outcomes: Assessment, planning, documentation, and delivery of high-quality nursing care Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaboration with physicians, pharmacy partners, consultants, and ancillary services Leadership Development: Direct supervision, coaching, and performance management of nursing leadership and staff Education & Training: Design and execution of orientation, in-service training, and ongoing clinical education Regulatory Excellence: Participation and leadership in Quality Management and continuous improvement initiatives Workforce Pipeline Development: May serve as Program Coordinator for the Nursing Assistant Training Program (RN - Director of Nursing): Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NY required)Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred Minimum 2+ years of supervisory nursing leadership experience (DON or ADON level strongly preferred)Geriatric or long-term care experience highly valued Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and improve outcomes WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
