The Post Harvest Assistant Manager ( PM Shift) supports the Post Harvest Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the drying departments, ensuring efficient workflow, product quality, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and team performance. This position is responsible for coordinating daily post-harvest activities, in communication with Supervisors, Dry Room Leads, monitoring production schedules, conducting operational audits, maintaining accurate inventory and compliance records, and ensuring timely movement of product through each stage of the post-harvest process.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a fast-paced operation while maintaining compliance with company policies, state regulations, and quality standards.
