Supports production and packaging operations in an indoor aeroponic cannabis facility, with order prep, labeling, inventory support, and equipment/workspace upkeep. 6:30am-3:00pm; medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays; requires GED, age 21+, U.S. work authorization, and cannabis commission registration.

Description
The Order Fulfillment Staff is part of our Packaging Staff. They are responsible for supporting production and packaging operations for our state-of-the-art indoor Aeroponic cannabis production facility.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and document orders for shipment, tracking order status throughout the process.
• Package and label all products and packaging.
• Support inventory count and management and reporting.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment, tools, and workspace to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Previous experience in a factory-style production preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to successfully register as an agent in state’s cannabis commission.
• Must adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
