Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs.
- Support maintenance projects and equipment improvements.
- Maintain GMP documentation and SOPs.
- Train junior staff and manage spare parts.
- Follow GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of general maintenance experience.
- 1–3 years of cGMP experience.
- Knowledge of shop tools, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Google applications, and CMMS.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for 8–10 hours, and climb ladders up to 30 feet.
- Must be comfortable working in cleanroom environments and wearing required PPE.
- Flexibility for overtime, varying shifts, and on-call schedules.
