• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Power Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 4+ years of experience in mobile hydraulic circuit design and component selection.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic schematics, system routing, and hydraulic components.
• Working knowledge of energy efficiency, FMEA, supplier quality, and prototype troubleshooting.
• Experience with engineering documentation, technical problem-solving, and product validation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with off-highway construction equipment, mining machinery, or heavy mobile equipment.
• Exposure to hybrid or electric equipment platforms and energy-efficient hydraulic systems.
• Experience with prototype validation, root-cause analysis, supplier coordination, and structured design reviews.
• Familiarity with international engineering teams and global suppliers.

Work Environment & Travel:

• Primarily office-based engineering work involving computer-aided design, analysis, engineering reviews, and documentation.
