Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment to quality standards
- Monitor shop performance, assign work, and support production goals
- Lead root cause analysis and process improvements
- Manage consumables inventory and ensure compliance
- Support and guide junior technicians
- Perform Return to Service (RTS) inspections and documentation
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED + 2+ years electronics repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Knowledge of avionics/FAA regulations is a plus
- Must pass background check and drug test
