Machine Operator
1st shift Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM on a 3-month contract. Operate and maintain production machinery, complete paperwork/data entry, and support 5S; requires English communication, basic math/mechanical skills, standing up to 8 hours
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: 101 Park Drive, Montgomeryville, PA 18936
Schedule: 1st Shift | Mon–Thu, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4/40 schedule)
Contract Length: 3 Months
Interview: In-person (walk & talk on the floor + HR discussion, approx. 1–1.5 hrs)
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain production machinery, ensure quality output, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and adjust production machines to maintain quality and speed.
- Complete required paperwork and data entry.
- Review job specs and materials per customer requirements.
- Communicate production and maintenance issues to leads.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and assist other operators.
- Support 5S and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Basic math and mechanical skills; experience with hand tools and calipers.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work well with others.
- Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years in manufacturing and machine operation experience.
