Fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs bulkheads, wood and metal articles, interior wood finishes, cabin accessories, and deck structures. Day or night shift, $1,000 sign-on bonus, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and term life.
Job Description: Joiner
Fabricate, assemble, install and repair bulkheads, wood and metal articles, interior wood finishes, cabin accessories, wood and metal deck structures. Responsible for the proper mounting off furniture, racks and bins, partition bulkheads, decorative ceilings, and false decks, as well as other outfitting items.
Pay:
Day shift: $38.00
Night Shift: $39.00
Sign-on bonus: $1,000

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Joiner or related craft experience in shipfitting, carpentry or sheetmetal.
- Able to pass the Tacker Certification test.
Preferred:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Master Tech Certification
Safety & Environmental Factors:
All employees are expected to adhere to the company’s safety policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This role involves working under extreme hot or cold conditions and requires the physical ability to stand for the entire shift, use hands for various tasks, ascend stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Team members must occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close, distant, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
