Irrigation Laborer
Supports day-to-day irrigation work by organizing batch orders, communicating changes, irrigating plants to standards, and maintaining nutrients and moisture. Must be 21+, able to stand, walk, crouch, stoop, and lift under 30 lbs.
We are looking for amazing Laborers to assist in our day-to-day growing operations in our Irrigation department and we want to get to know YOU!

Pay: $16.90 - $18 per hour/depending on experience.
Required Duties:
- Maintain proper organization of batch orders.
- Communicate with the Supervisor if changes arise in clone batches.
- Irrigate plants consistently to standards provided by the Supervisor.
- Maintain correct nutrients and moisture for all clones and plants.
- Miscellaneous other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds
- Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in cannabis preferred, but not necessary
Competencies:
- A solution-oriented “can-do” attitude with the desire to solve problems.
- Personal accountability.
- Ability to focus on work and be mentally present while on the clock.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all staff members.
- Adaptability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
