What You'll Do
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll work closely with the doctor and our team to provide exceptional care from the moment patients walk through the door.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the doctor in delivering outstanding patient care
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Answer phones, texts, and patient questions with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Help guide patients through their treatment plans while creating an exceptional experience
- Assist with patient therapies and clinical procedures as needed
- Schedule appointments and keep the office running efficiently
- Ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Support a positive, welcoming, and organized office environment

Required Experience
- Chiropractic or medical office experience is preferred but not required
- We provide training on our office systems and procedures
