Work includes trim-out at customer sites, drywall and texture application, plumbing, electrical, flooring repair and installation, final inspections, and maintaining trucks, tools, and work logs.
Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Trim-out homes at customer site
* Application of drywall and texture
* Plumbing, electrical, flooring repair and installation
* Complete final inspection with customer to determine any additional repairs
* Maintain truck and keep tools in working order
* Maintain accurate work records and logs
* Provide customers and coworkers with remarkable experience
* Work in a safe manner and follow all safety policies while performing job duties
* Follows work orders and instructions
* Maintains open communication with Supervisor
* Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity
* Performs various other job duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate with some college
- 2 - 4 years previous relevant, related experience
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
- Demonstrated in-depth customer service history
- Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal, and external customers
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment • Attention to detail
