What you will be doing

• Developing Innovative AI Products and Features: Refine LLMs to build brand-new AI-driven products and modules that either integrate seamlessly into existing systems or serve as the foundation for new offerings, akin to our recent project, www.eloquens.ai.
• Streamlining Internal Operations: Utilize advanced AI methods to automate tasks and workflows internally.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate quicker product launches and boost customer satisfaction through ongoing AI-driven enhancements.

Candidate Requirements

• AI-First Perspective (if your approach is to code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance, this role may not suit you)
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in executing impactful software engineering initiatives
• Experience with GenAI code assistants like Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev
• Proven track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative impact
• Experience using various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
