What you will be doing

• Develop and lead a high-performance team of Guides who will implement the Alpha learning system with uncompromising excellence
• Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for facilitation, learning activity design, and effective challenge resolution
• Deliver precise, actionable feedback to Guides that measurably improves student engagement and achievement outcomes
• Personally mentor a select cohort of students, demonstrating exemplary coaching techniques that become the standard for your team

What you will NOT be doing

• Creating traditional lesson plans—our adaptive technology handles content delivery; your focus is on developing exceptional facilitators
• Compromising on excellence—when our standard is 100%, your role is to ensure every student reaches it
• Conducting passive training sessions—your development approach will be dynamic, practice-based, and results-oriented

Key Responsibilities

Train and develop a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with world-class excellence, ensuring every student achieves breakthrough learning outcomes that transform their educational trajectory.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related field
• Verifiable track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training initiatives
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated success building and motivating high-performing teams
• Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis with ability to leverage metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement
• Commitment to work on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
