We're seeking an operations visionary who can harness the power of artificial intelligence to build our operational backbone from the ground up. Your expertise will help us create a network of educational campuses that operate with unprecedented efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the United States.
As our Senior Associate Consultant, you'll pioneer AI-driven operational frameworks that will become the blueprint for our rapidly expanding campus network. You'll orchestrate the physical manifestation of our vision through campus buildouts while implementing intelligent systems that continuously optimize our operations.
What you will be doing
- Architect and deploy sophisticated AI systems that streamline daily campus operations and drive continuous process improvement
- Create scalable, AI-enhanced operational models that can be replicated across our growing network of educational facilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of campus development projects from initial planning through final certification
What you will NOT be doing
- Academic staff management or direct instructional supervision
- Regular parent-student communication or relationship management
- Development of educational content, curriculum design, or pedagogical models
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer and implement a comprehensive AI-powered operational ecosystem that leverages predictive analytics and real-time monitoring to ensure optimal efficiency, seamless scalability, and unwavering consistency across our entire campus network
Candidate Requirements
- Current residence in North America with ability to work in the US
- Minimum 5-year track record in operational leadership or management
- Demonstrated success implementing and optimizing AI-driven systems and automation technologies
- Flexibility to travel domestically (10-40% time) to oversee new campus launches and implementations
