What you will be doing
- Build and ship functional AI prototypes in under 24 hours that immediately automate real business workflows.
- Own AI solutions end-to-end, from design to deployment to monitoring, without hand-holding or bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous automation across the business by identifying new opportunities and iterating on past solutions to keep pace with evolving needs and capabilities.
What you will NOT be doing
- Spending your days tweaking Jira tickets or being stuck in a DevOps cycle without seeing real impact.
- Being handed specifications to execute without room for innovation or ownership.
- Working in an environment where AI is a mere afterthought rather than the core of the solution.

Candidate Requirements
