What your 2025 journey will entail:
- Jan–May: Embark on recruitment journeys to Stanford and MIT, leading dynamic campaigns, coordinating events, and forging connections with top CS/ML students.
- June–Aug: Support summer program participants, ensuring a seamless and productive experience.
- Sept–Dec: Leverage insights from your first recruitment cycle to enhance your impact in the next.

What you will be doing
- Orchestrating lively on-campus recruitment campaigns to draw in top CS/ML talent.
- Fostering connections with students, faculty, and university organizations.
- Efficiently managing a talent pipeline to achieve ambitious objectives.
- Traveling frequently between Austin, Stanford, and MIT to execute events and cultivate relationships.
What you will NOT be doing
- Spending hours in a quiet office setting.
- Adhering to a traditional 9-to-5 workday.
- Recruiting without stepping out of your comfort zone or engaging directly with students.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the recruitment and development of a pipeline of 100 elite CS/ML students from Stanford and MIT through vibrant campus engagements and dynamic relationship-building efforts.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in college recruiting or university admissions with proven success in high-volume candidate engagement
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive outreach and conversion targets
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful recruiting/marketing events
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems for tracking candidate pipelines
- Residence in Austin, TX, or willingness to relocate
- Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak recruiting seasons (January-May, Aug-Nov)
