Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Your toolkit should include:

• A Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
• 5+ years of proven success in education, L&D, coaching, or similar fields
• A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
• Exceptional team leadership abilities that inspire and elevate performance
• Meaningful experience in youth development (ages 5-18)
• Sharp analytical skills and data-driven decision-making expertise
• Ability to work on-site in our Florida locations (Tampa or West Palm Beach)
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
