Job Description
POSITION: Production Associate - Test - Level 2
REPORTS TO: Cell Team Leader
AREA: Production
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand test procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Works well in team environment
- IPC-A-610 certification preferred, but not required
- Experience testing PCBs
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
- Set up and test units per procedures using automated equipment
- Identification of proper equipment to be used
- Properly fill out production documentation
- Notify Electronic Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures
- Identify electronic components (polarity, incorrect part, etc.)
- Rotate to different workstations and different cells as needed
- Documents pass/fail results and troubleshoot information in the MES System (Vision)
- As required - compile and validate test results and test logs for customer and regulatory requirements
- As required - complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis
- Set-up and test units per procedures using correct equipment
- Use of non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)
