Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and guide them through the service process
  • Generate accurate service estimates and repair orders
  • Schedule appointments and manage a well-organized service calendar
  • Work closely with ASE-certified mechanics to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
  • Maintain strong communication with customers regarding their vehicle’s status and service needs
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Build long-term customer relationships and promote trust in our service department
  • Help meet service department sales and profitability goals

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and support a team of technicians and customer service staff
  • Friendly, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
