Summer 2027 internship doing electrical design tasks under supervision, including AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical drawings, PLC and HMI programming, and software/drawing database validation. Requires an ABET-accredited EE bachelor’s program, 3.0+ GPA, AutoCAD coursework/experience, and PLC coursework/experience.

You'll gain exposure to electrical system design, troubleshooting, and industry best practices while working alongside experienced engineers and contributing to meaningful projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Apply electrical engineering fundamentals while performing design tasks under the supervision of a lead engineer
- Develop detailed electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical software packages
- Program PLC's and HMI hardware
- Assist with validation of the software and drawing databases
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- GPA of 3.0 or greater
- Previous experience with and/or coursework in AutoCAD
- Previous experience with and/or coursework involving theory and/or programming of industrial PLCs
