Senior Engineer Electrical Engineering

Researches, designs, develops, tests, and installs complex electrical apparatus and machinery, and mentors junior engineers. Requires a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 6+ years’ electrical design engineering experience, and EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or SolidWorks Electrical.

iAutomation, a full-service automation company, developing robotic solutions and offering design, engineering, and integration (DE&I) services, product support, and production services, has an immediate opening for a Senior Electrical Engineer in Franklin, Massachusetts.

iAutomation is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to research, design, develop, test, and install a wide variety of complex apparatus, components, equipment, and machinery. Designs, constructs, and operates complex machinery and equipment used for the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity. Works closely with other engineering areas to obtain optimum utilization of equipment. Assignments require original thinking and ingenuity to solve problems. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles, concepts, practices, and theories. Mentor more junior engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 6+ years' of professional experience in electrical design engineering.
  • Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, and/or SolidWorks Electrical
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers

Salary Range: $120,900 - $131,500 annually.

This range reflects the expected base pay for this position in Massachusetts and is based on internal equity and the established job family compensation structure. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
