Responsibilities
- Design equipment and components for manufacturing processes
- Implement new designs and processes in the production line
- Improve existing equipment and processes for increased efficiency
- Participate in and/or lead projects related to manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD systems
- Experience with PLC programming
- Electrical knowledge of incoming power and control voltage systems
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Robotics is preferred
- 10+ years of job experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable
