Engineering Specialist
Requires 5+ years of documentable technical experience, current TS/SCI clearance, and at least 2 years each in engineering support for discrete electronic systems, diagnostics/repair/rehosting, and PCB layout/fabrication/component population. Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience supporting the characterization and assessments of discrete electronic systems
- Minimum 2 years of performing diagnostics, repair, removal, or rehosting of electronic systems/components
- Minimum 2 years of experience with PCB layout, fabrication, and component population
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with embedded systems
- Experience with assembly language programming
- Experience with test equipment including In-Circuit-Debuggers/Emulators, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, multimeter, soldering tools
- Experience troubleshooting printed circuit boards
- Experience developing, validating, and reading schematics
- Experience using Altium vs other circuit tools (KiCAD, OrCAD, LTspice, etc.))
- Would like some mechanical/ knowledge disassembly.
