Mechanical Design Engineer
Design and develop valve products and prototypes, and work with manufacturing, quality, production, vendors, and contractors. Requires a mechanical engineering or related degree, 3-5+ years' experience, AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and US person criteria.
Mechanical Design Engineer
Perform engineering valve design functions for the development of new products and for the modification of existing products.
• Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering degree.
• 3-5+ years of engineering experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with an understanding of analytical tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB, and/or Mathcad
Experience with using geometric tolerance techniques and drafting to ensure proper alignment and stackups (ANSI Y14.5M-1994 is a plus)
Experience with designing fluid handling devices (valves, pumps) is a plus

- Collaborate with team members to validate designs and make recommended change
- Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, production, vendors, and contractors to support product design projects, with feedback from Engineering Managers
