Key Responsibilities
- Lead and produce transportation design plans for municipal and state DOT projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and consulting teams.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
- Prepare technical proposals and support business development initiatives.
- Develop quantities and construction cost estimates for bidding purposes.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and industry peers to deliver high-quality transportation design and consulting services.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or actively pursuing licensure.
- 5-15 years of experience in transportation design, including roadways, public utilities, and traffic engineering.
- Strong sense of urgency, responsiveness, and self-initiative to meet project deadlines.
