[Responsibilities]

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Manufacturing and Order Bills of Material to ensure seamless production workflows.
- Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications to create clear, actionable work instructions.
- Collaborate with Designers and Production Engineers to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements and integrate necessary revisions.
- Produce and maintain electronic work instructions and supporting documentation for multiple production groups.
- Track and document action items for management meetings, reviews, and program milestones, ensuring timely completion and clear communication.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Minimum 15 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning or a related field.
- Expert ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- High proficiency in technical writing, organization, scheduling, and time management.
- Advanced skills with SAP, MS Office, CAPP/SFM, and model-based engineering systems such as iBASEt, Teamcenter, or 3DX.
- Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset.

[Preferred Skills]

- Experience producing electronic work instructions in compliance-driven environments.
