Goals & Responsibilities
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
- Assist with design plans, calculations, and technical documents
- Perform data collection, analysis, and drafting using AutoCAD or similar tools
- Participate in field inspections, site visits, and project evaluations
- Support civil engineering projects related to transportation, utilities, stormwater, and site development
- Work with project teams to complete deliverables on schedule and within standards
- Engage in meetings and progress reviews as part of a professional learning experience
Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
- Enrollment in a Civil Engineering or related program
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and standards
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
