Site Civil Engineer Project Manager
Designs and details site/civil plans for projects including schools, water and sewer, healthcare, multi-family housing, and university work; also handles feasibility, concept design, utility engineering, stormwater calculations, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. Requires 10+ years’ experience, AutoCAD Civil3D, utility sizing, stormwater/site layout/grading/permitting skills, and a PE or EIT with intent to obtain PE; benefits include paid holidays, PTO, dental, health, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, 401(k), and continuing education support.
About the Role
This new team member will work with our Site/Civil Team to design and detail plans on a variety of important projects, including K-12 schools, Municipal Water and Sewer, Healthcare, Multi-family housing, and University markets. There will be opportunities to engage projects at all stages of design and construction including site feasibility, concept designs, utility engineering, stormwater calculations, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. Qualifications
- Ten (10) or more years of experience
- strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Team-oriented "can do" attitude
- Proficient knowledge in utility sizing
- Capability of storm water design, site layout, grading and permitting
- PE or possess an EIT with intention to obtain a PE
