Requirements:
- 1+ year experience with AutoCAD/MicroStation or similar
- High School diploma required; Engineering degree preferred
- Exposure to OSP telecom or utility construction preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
