Truck Driver CDL A No Touch High Miles
Home weekends on regional routes in an automatic sleeper cab with 53' trailers; drop-and-hook, dock delivery, and live unloads with no-touch freight. Requires age 23+, Class A CDL with air brakes, DOT medical card, drug screen and physical, and 12 months' experience; benefits after 30 days on the 1st of the full month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive automatic sleeper cab with 53' semi-trailer.
- Drive CDL trucks to transport products to specific route destinations.
- Not touch. Drop & Hook and dock delivery or live unloads, no touch.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 23 years of age.
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License, with air brakes endorsement.
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical
- Must have minimum of 12 months of verifiable CDL A tractor-trailer experience.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
- Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance.
