Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning duties throughout the school building
- Complete floor care projects, including carpet extraction, buffing, and stripping/waxing
- Restock and maintain cleaning supplies
- Use custodial equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, carpet extractors, and vacuums
- Follow agency safety procedures and confidentiality standards
- Model Cunningham’s core values of spirituality, teamwork, integrity, and respect
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and equipment
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with staff
- Ability to lift and carry up to 44–60 lbs., bend, stoop, climb stairs, and walk distances as required
- Must pass required background checks and drug testing
