Provides IV access and serves as a resource to nursing and medical staff. Requires Missouri RN license, AHA BLS, associate degree in nursing, and basic computer skills; 1 year medical/surgical and 1 year IV therapy preferred.

SUMMARY: Under the Direction of the Nurse Director, provides competent Intravenous access to our patients and serves as a resource to the nursing and medical staff.

EXPERIENCE: One year medical/surgical, one year IV Therapy preferred.

OTHER: Basic computer skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
