What You’ll Do
As an Experienced Security Officer, you will:
- Patrol and secure assigned areas to ensure a safe environment
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
- Build professional relationships with staff, patients, and visitors
- Enforce organizational policies with professionalism and respect
- Complete accurate and detailed reports
- Serve as a visible and reliable presence throughout your shift
- Participate in hands‑on interventions, including the safe application of restraints in accordance with policy and training
- Operate state-of-the-art weapons detection system to ensure patient, family, employee and facility safety
What We’re Looking For
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and committed to safety
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
