- Produce units within the standard cycle times, while maintaining quality standards.
- Operate Miller welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Support standardized work processes and team-oriented goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Verify all previous parts have been assembled, and/or welded correctly.
- Participates and maintains 5s standards.
- Understands, complies in support of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Perform special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.
- Basic English language competency
- Must be able to read and follow specific work instructions in English.
- Flexible to handle frequent business need changes.
- Must be able to work in a FAST-paced environment with variable season temperatures.
- Knowledge of weld-shop processes preferred.
- Previous manufacturing welding experience
