- Assemble products accurately and efficiently while meeting production goals.
- Follow work instructions and standardized assembly procedures.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect components and verify correct part numbers before assembly.
- Ensure previously installed parts are properly assembled before continuing production.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Support team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Frequently use hands to handle tools and materials.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and climb stairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
- Good vision, including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
- Manufacturing and production setting.
- Exposure to industrial equipment and machinery.
- Fast-paced work environment requiring attention to safety and quality.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable.
