1st shift, Monday-Friday 6:15am-3:15pm, inspecting manufactured parts and products, following work instructions, and recording results. No experience required; high school diploma preferred, English required, and must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Follow work instructions and quality procedures
- Use measuring and testing equipment when needed
- Ensure products meet customer quality standards
- Record inspection results accurately
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Complete timekeeping and required company documentation through the company portal
- Perform other duties as assigned
- No previous experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to read and speak English
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, twist, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- Blueprint reading experience is a plus but not required
