As a Boilermaker and Welder, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial boilers and related equipment. Your expertise in welding and boiler operations will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial boilers and related equipment
- Conduct welding tasks to fabricate, modify, and repair boiler components
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with boiler systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize boiler operations
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work performed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Boilermaker or Welder, with a minimum of 2 years in the industry
- Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Knowledge of boiler systems, including their installation, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Working Conditions:
This position will require working in an industrial setting, which may involve exposure to high temperatures, noise, and other physical demands. A flexible schedule, including the potential for overtime, may be required to meet the needs of our clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate staring at $25 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
