- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Friday/Saturday
- Day Shift: 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:45 PM - 8:00 AM
- Operate, monitor, and adjust printing press machinery to maintain production quality and efficiency.
- Set up equipment for production runs, including material loading, calibration, and machine adjustments.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and color matching to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues and escalate maintenance concerns when necessary.
- Record production data, maintenance activities, and quality checks accurately.
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and lockout/tagout protocols.
- Handle materials, chemicals, and supplies in accordance with company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment, printing presses, or similar machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, production instructions, and quality standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in printing, packaging, converting, or manufacturing environments.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production setting.
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, production equipment, and industrial materials.
- PPE required, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other equipment as needed.
- Candidate must be comfortable working a rotating schedule and extended shifts.
