What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment and hand tools
- Support the vinyl extrusion and manufacturing process
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Move and handle production materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Cross-train in different production areas as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
- Comfortable using basic hand tools such as snips and chisels
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
- Team-oriented and willing to cross-train
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
- Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility
- Extended periods of standing and physical activity
- 12-hour rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule
- Overtime may be required
