This position is responsible for managing daily maintenance operations, coordinating repairs, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience in electrical, mechanical and fabrication.Responsibilities
- Perform daily repair and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and irrigation issues.
- Maintain wells, pumps, water treatment systems, irrigation systems, and sprinklers.
- Perform building and greenhouse repairs
- Monitor facility conditions and promptly address safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, expenditures, and project status reports.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, including: Electrical repairs, Plumbing, Mechanical repairs and Carpentry
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to write detailed repair reports and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to work 6 days per week.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
