What You'll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic or practice.
  • Assign and prioritize workflow for Senior Practice Assistants and other team members.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to resolve complex operational problems.
  • Train and orient new and existing staff on practice procedures and systems.
  • Act as a "Super User" for scheduling, registration, and billing systems.
  • Perform complex or specialized functions such as surgical scheduling and schedule changes.
  • Provide backup support for clerical staff and practice leadership as needed.
  • Assist the Supervisor with the daily activities and coordination of practice staff.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of required office experience.
  • Strong understanding of all Office Suite applications.
  • Proven strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff of all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Ability to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
