Job Overview
This role focuses on continuously evaluating and commissioning complex energy systems for a large institutional campus. You will leverage fault detection software and energy heat maps to identify and rectify system deficiencies, working closely with the client's Facilities team to ensure optimal operation.

What You'll Do
- Review system fault history using the Clockworks platform to identify and mitigate deficiencies.
- Ensure proper collection and storage of required energy data trends and histories.
- Identify potential energy issues and savings opportunities using data analytics tools, proposing action plans.
- Assist in developing energy conservation measures and scopes of work for contractors.
- Maintain an inventory of energy diagnostics tools and conduct field investigations and surveys.
- Monitor and analyze energy system data to verify the performance and savings of ECMs.
- Coordinate technical Retro-Commissioning activities with internal and external professionals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Energy Engineering, BAS engineering, or Commissioning.
- Proven background in building automation and commercial HVAC operations.
- Experience with diverse platforms such as Siemens, Trane, and Phoenix.
- Proficiency in data analytics, particularly with BAS/OSI PI data trends.
- Demonstrated experience using Fault Detection/Continuous Commissioning software like Clockworks.
- Ability to interpret and enhance BAS control sequences for energy savings.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- (Preferred) Systems commissioning, retro-commissioning, Certified Energy Manager, or Certified HVAC Commissioning professional certifications.
- (Preferred) Exposure to building energy models and experience with HVAC diagnostics tools.
