Fulfillment Team Member
Full-time order picking and packing of meals, labeling and organizing shipments, stocking inventory, and keeping a clean, sanitary workspace. Night shift; requires lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, basic computer skills, age 18+, and U.S. work authorization; weekly pay and Cigna healthcare.
The Role
As a Full-time Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in preparing orders for our customers. This includes accurately picking and packing meals, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring orders are completed and handed off to our delivery drivers on time.
You Are
Able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs
- Standing for extended periods
- Working in temperature-controlled environments (between 35 - 40 degrees °F)
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on order sheets, ensuring all items meet quality and quantity requirements.
- Label and organize orders for shipment, ensuring they are correctly packaged and prepared for delivery.
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining an organized and clean storage area for easy access and inventory control.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and notifying supervisors of discrepancies or low stock levels.
