Inside Technical Sales

Answers customer inquiries by email and phone, enters orders, resolves discrepancies, and generates sales quotations. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred, with Microsoft Office experience and strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies & generates sales quotations
  • Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to Company policy.
  • Maintain good attendance. Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the company

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    • Technical Knowledge of trailer parts preferred

    • Works under immediate supervision of the Product Brand Manager.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office software primarily word & excel
