1099 independent contractor work transporting samples between licensed medical marijuana treatment centers and licensed marijuana testing laboratories. Includes frequent, sometimes long-distance driving, loading and unloading cargo, tracking shipments, and obtaining signatures.

POSITION TYPE: 1099 Independent Contractor

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking reliable Drivers to assist with transporting samples between licensed medical marijuana treatment centers and our licensed marijuana testing laboratories. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with frequent and, at times, long-distance driving.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transporting samples from licensed medical marijuana treatment centers to our licensed marijuana testing laboratories
Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members before, during, and after deliveries
Meet delivery deadlines
Load and unload cargo
Track shipments and deliveries
Obtain client or customer signatures
Follow company sample collection protocol
Follow company safety guidelines, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck
