Position Overview
A leading commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project execution while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Experience managing ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, and construction documents
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and profitability
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from award through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project costs, forecasting, and profitability
