Work on financial statement audits and tax work with an Audit Director; requires 2+ years in public accounting, financial statement audit experience, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship. Offers 3+ weeks PTO, flexible hours, 401(k) with 5% match, busy season bonus, and company-paid CPE.

Audit Staff

We are a small local CPA in the Minneapolis area looking to add to our team. We are part of the BDO Alliance and many of our partners come from the Big4. We offer Big4 resources but with a local firm environment. In business for 30yrs and looking to continue to grow!

What You Will Be Doing

As an audit associate, you will work directly with out Audit Director and assist with engagements from start to finish. You will be exposed to all parts of a financial statement audit in a variety of industries. You will also assist with tax work during the spring deadline.

What You Need for this Position

2+ years working in public accounting
Experienced with financial statement audits in a variety of industries
CPA is a plus
Ability to work in office up to 5 days a week
Ability for some local travel for client engagements
