Onsite work managing family law litigation and client advisory matters, including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, discovery, hearings, mediations, and trials. Requires an active California State Bar license, 3+ years of family law experience, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in divorce, custody, child/spousal support, and domestic violence proceedings.
Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence.
Conduct discovery, build case strategy, and independently manage assigned cases.
Advocate for clients at court hearings, mediations, and trials.
Maintain clear, empathetic client communication and manage expectations.
Qualifications
Active California State Bar license in good standing.
3+ years of dedicated family law experience.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000 - $210,000+ (commensurate with experience)
