Senior Project Engineer - Multi-Family Construction
Work on multifamily and podium projects, reviewing drawings, organizing schedules, preparing proposals and budgets, and overseeing preconstruction. Requires 4+ years of project engineer or engineering experience, strong communication, Microsoft knowledge, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development. We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop & implement best practices for project engineering
- Collaborate with the project team to review and analyze drawings
- Organize and supervise the preparation of project schedules in collaboration with Project Managers
- Ensure the preparation of final proposals and budgets
- Represent the company in client and subcontractor site visits
- Oversee the management of preconstruction
What You Need for this Position
- 4+ years of Project Engineer or Engineering experience
- Multi-Family Construction experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Computer knowledge, preferably with Microsoft
