We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of family law experience to join our growing practice.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of family law matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, case information statements, and discovery responses
  • Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents
  • Assist with trial preparation, mediation preparation, and settlement conferences
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and required documentation
  • Review financial records and prepare case summaries
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings
  • Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of family law paralegal experience
  • Strong knowledge of New Jersey family court procedures
  • Experience drafting family law pleadings and discovery documents
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  • Paralegal certification preferred but not required
