We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of family law experience to join our growing practice.

Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of family law matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, case information statements, and discovery responses
- Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents
- Assist with trial preparation, mediation preparation, and settlement conferences
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and required documentation
- Review financial records and prepare case summaries
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings
- Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of family law paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of New Jersey family court procedures
- Experience drafting family law pleadings and discovery documents
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Paralegal certification preferred but not required
